Payment Options

What payment methods are accepted at Forever Child? Forever Child currently accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Sezzle, Afterpay, Klarna and Split It. 

  Shipping

When will my order ship? Orders will ship within 24 hours except for Holidays and weekends, they will ship following business day.

How are shipping rates calculated? We use flat rate shipping of $7.99 for orders up to $74.99. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.

When can I expect to receive my order after it ships? Orders shipped First Class mail will take about 5-7 business days for delivery. Priority Shipping will be received in about 3-5 business days. 

Damaged or Incorrect Products Received

What do I do if my order is missing an item? Contact Forever Child at 832-212-1584 or email us at: Shopforeverchild@gmail.com and let us know and we will resolve the problem and get your missing item shipped out to you promptly. 

Promotions and Sales

Do I need to enter a coupon code to receive sale discounts? Yes, for any sale or promotion requiring a code, you will need to enter the code in the box requesting the code. 

When does Forever Child run sales and promotions? Sales and promotions are run quite frequently. You may follow us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/shopforeverchild for updates on new coming sales. Also visit the Facebook page to find Rep Codes that can save you 15% off your total purchase. 

Can I use sales/promotion codes after they expire? Unfortunately not. Once the code expires, the system will not let you use it anymore. 

Product Returns

What is Forever Child's return policy? Forever Child accepts returns of eligible items within 30 days accompanied by receipt/invoice. Items must be in new, unused condition with tag still attached. Ineligible items are as follows: swim wear, hosiery, face masks, clearance items, personalized items, custom items and items discounted at 30% or more. 

Can I return clearance items for a refund? Unfortunately not. Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund. They are a final sale.

When will I receive a refund for my returned product? Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to make sure it is in returnable condition and then issue your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the bank to process the refund. 

Does Forever Child offer product exchange? We welcome your exchange, if you are local, you may bring in your item and make an exchange. If you are not local, unfortunately, due to our limited stock, you would have to repurchase the item, to ensure you get what you are needing, then send back the item that didn't work for you, for a refund. 

Order Status

When will tracking information updates for my order become available? Once we ship a package, you should receive an email with a tracking number within 24 hours.

Loyalty Program

Does Forever Child have a loyalty program? Yes we do have a loyalty program. It is called LUV BUCKS.  It works by accumulating points you earn as you shop Forever Child. For every dollar you spend you will earn 2 points.  These points can be converted into coupons you may use to shop. 

Will loyalty points expire? No, you may carry your points over until you are ready to use them, without having to worry about them expiring. 

Do I have to make a purchase to use my LUV BUCKS? No purchase is necessary to use your LUV BUCKS. You will be responsible for taxes and shipping along with any balance that maybe due after your LUV BUCKS have been applied to your purchase.
